Can I change the validity date of my voucher?
No, cards are only valid between the dates specified. Make sure to
select the week you’d like to use your voucher to avoid disappointment!
Can I get multiple vouchers?
We love your enthusiasm but no, it’s strictly one voucher per person. Multiple entries will be cancelled as per our Ts & Cs.
I already entered during weeks 1 - 4, can I enter again?
Unfortunately if you’ve already taken part in the 50k Burrito Drop, you won’t be able to grab a voucher for weeks 5 - 8.
Can I use my voucher in a different store?
No. The voucher is only valid for use in the store it is claimed against. So be sure to select your closest Boojum when claiming yours.
I didn't receive a verification code to my phone?
Firstly, double check the phone number you entered, if all correct
then wait a few minutes for your code to be sent. During very busy
periods you may experience a short delay in receiving your verification
code so hold on tight! If an issue remains, please contact us at
info@boojummex.com.
I entered the wrong email, how do I get my voucher?
Just drop us an email at info@boojummex.com so we can forward the correct one!
Can I use my voucher for delivery or Click 'N Collect?
No, vouchers can be used for in-store purchases only
I didn’t spend the entire voucher, what can I do?
You can use any remaining balance on your voucher towards your next
Boojum visit within your validity period. At the end of the validity
period, any remaining balance will be void.
How much do I have left on my gift card?
Register your code online at giftcard.boojummex.com/register so even
if you lose it, you'll be able to access your balance. You’ll just need
the 19 digit card number and pin which can be found in your voucher
email.
50K Burrito Drop Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any
conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including
advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are
deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all
claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and
conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. Promoter: Boojum Ltd, 67-69 Botanic Avenue, Belfast BT7 1JL.
2. Eligibility: Open to residents based in Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham and Liverpool, aged 18. Promotion excludes employees of Boojum Ltd and their subsidiary companies, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. The Promotion: By entering the 50K Burrito Drop, you will receive a £10 e-gift card to the email address provided during sign up, whilst stocks last.
4. Only one gift card per email address and corresponding mobile phone number. Any fraudulent sign ups will be null and void.
5. The £10 e-gift card covers a main meal and any residual funds may be used at the redeeming customer's discretion.
6. Only one e-gift card may be redeemed per transaction.
7. The e-gift cards can be redeemed in our Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham and Liverpool stores ONLY. Redemption will be subject to the dates provided within the e-gift card email.
8. Any unused balance is forfeited after the expiry date stipulated on the e-gift card. After this date, any unused balance will be forfeited and the card will no longer be valid.
9. The e-gift card cannot be used against delivery or Click ‘N Collect orders.
10. Internet access, a valid email address and phone number are required to enter.
11. Promotional Period: The Promotion is open from 08.00 on 11/02/2025 and closes at 23:59 on 07/04/2025 or whilst stocks last.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of the e-gift card. Replacement cards will not be issued.
13. Bulk applications made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, or via syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will not be eligible. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that team or group’s applications in a way that is not consistent with the terms of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and the e-gift card will be void.
14. There are no prize alternatives available and the e-gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
16. Entrants must provide accurate personal information as it pertains to the terms of the promotion. Failure to do so may result in the Promoter withholding or withdrawing the prize.
17. Entrants’ details will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and to provide a special discount follow up email. Any personal data will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation. For the promoter’s privacy policy, please visit https://www.boojummex.com/privacy. Please note that in processing the prize, the promoter may disclose your details to affiliates or third parties involved in the fulfilment process.
18. General: The Promoter reserves the right to vary, alter or terminate this promotion at any time, as it sees fit or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control and where circumstances make this unavoidable. Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
19. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury, expense or damages arising from winners taking a prize.
