FAQs

What is the meaning of life? We haven’t quite cracked that one (yet!), but we’re pretty sure we’ve got the answer if you’ve a question about burritos or anything Boojum related for that matter.

At this time we do not have an extensive breakdown of the Boojum Menu. It is something we are hoping to make available for customers in the future.

All our allergen information can be found here. Due to the service style at our restaurants and the use of shared equipment there is the possibility of cross contamination. However our teams have procedures in place to minimise and address any issues should it occur.

Our in-store teams are extremely knowledgeable regarding the menu items at our stores, and would be more than happy to explain anything to you. Want to check before visiting? Get in contact with the Contact form, and we’ll help you out.

Boojum restaurants in the Republic or Ireland and Northern Ireland are not Halal.

All of the Chicken and Beef in our GB restaurants is Halal, slaughtered following humane practices and sourced from Halal certified suppliers. Our restaurants prepare and serve Pork and Alcohol products in the same environments.

Unfortunately we can’t divulge our recipes. They are stored securely in the ‘Big Ol Book of Booj’ to keep them a secret.

Ordering is simple through the Boojum App. Just choose your meals, select the store and collection time for your order… BOOM You’re done. Don’t have the Boojum App, you can order on this very website (though ordering through the app bags you those coveted loyalty stamps).

We will try to make any requested amendments to your order if emailed to info@boojummex.com. However it may not be possible if it is too close to your selected collection time.

Please feel free to reach out to our team through the Contact Form, and select ‘Click N’ Collect’ as your topic. A member of our team will be able to assist you.

Yes we certainly do. We are listed on the three major delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats). Not all stores offer all the platforms, so if we aren’t showing on Uber Eats have a look on Deliveroo or Just Eat.

These are our two virtual brands offering new products that aren’t present in the core Boojum delivery menu. They are available exclusively through Deliveroo.

Unfortunately we do not issue stamps for orders placed for delivery. Stamps can only be earned on the Boojum app when In-Store, or via Click N’ Collect services.

Sorry to hear you experienced an issue with your order. Please feel free to flag the issue with your order through the delivery app, or use our contact form.

In-Store:

Before you pay, open the app on the Loyalty screen and present the barcode to the scanner at the till.

Click 'n Collect:

Loyalty will be automatically collected and applied to your account on Click ‘N Collect orders placed within our app.

Make sure you scan the barcode code in the app before you pay. When stamps are added to your account, it can take a moment or two for them to show up in the app.

Get 40 stamps to qualify for a free T-shirt. Check your progress by navigating to the “Loyalty” section via the menu at the bottom of your screen.

In-Store:

Your reward will be applied when you scan your app at the till & the server will discount your meal and/or provide you with the tee.

Click 'n Collect:

Your reward will be applied when you proceed through the Click 'N Collect checkout within the app.

Loyalty stamps cannot be retrospectively added to your account. Stamps must be collected at the time of purchase by swiping your barcode at the designated point at till, before transaction is completed.

No. At present Boojum Gift Cards can only be used against in-store purchases.

You can find all information for our stores on the locations section of our website.

Every Boojum store has been operating as 'card and contactless only' as of March 2020, which means that we no longer accept cash as payment in any of our restaurants.

There’s a few reasons for this, largely driven by changes in consumer behaviour post-pandemic (most of our customers are now exclusively cashless). It also means we don’t have to hold cash in store, freeing up our staff’s time for what they do best - rollin’ burritos. That means faster service, shorter queues and better customer support.

Every store now features clear signage at the entrance and before the queuing area to ensure you’re fully informed of our policy before ordering. We also offer a wide range of quick, convenient payment methods including contactless card, Chip & PIN, Apple and Google Pay plus the mobile wallet feature on the Boojum app.

You can ask a member of our team In-Store to check the balance on your Gift Card, or send through the eight digit number on the reverse of your card using the contact form and we’ll get back to you with your remaining balance.

At this time Boojum Gift Cards can only be used for In-Store purchases. They can not be used against Click N’ Collect, Delivery or Online Store purchases.

We do! Whether it's for a corporate event, function or party, a big box of Boojum burritos is a guaranteed crowd pleaser. You can find out more information, view the menu and submit an enquiry via our dedicated Catering Page.

Our team is keen to make Boojum a greener business in the future. There are a number of projects and initiatives being actively worked on, and we hope to unveil some of these in the near future.

Unfortunately Boojum does not operate under a franchise model. If you have an idea for a location we’d love to hear it, and maybe someday you can say ‘I told them to bring Boojum to <Blank>’.
