The New Boojum Menu Is Here!
The BIGGEST new menu drop in Boojum history has landed!
We’re bringing the flavour with fresh twists on old favourites, plus new sides, snacks, exclusive salsas & sauces plus never-seen-before flavour combos.
As if that wasn’t enough, we’re also introducing our new Signatures for the first time in Boojum history. These are preset burrito or bowl combos, crafted by our team of talented chefs for maximum flavour, that take all the guesswork out of nailing your next Boojum order.
Now, very important to say at this point build-your-own is NOT going anywhere. You can still build your own burrito or bowl exactly as you’ve always been able to, there’s now just extra options if you fancy a change from the trusty usual or if you’re a Boojum newb who’s still learning the ropes.

New Signatures
Like we said, these are NOT replacing the classic build-your-Boojum system. Instead, think of them as shortcuts to your new favourite order. Stuck in a burrito rut and not sure where to start, or simply in a rush? With Signatures, it’s impossible to go wrong!
Each has been carefully curated by our team of experienced chefs and burrito head honchos for maximum flavour and appeal. Whether you’re a meat lover, a clean eater or just looking for something different there’s an option for everyone.
New Salads
Fancy something a little lighter compared to one of our hefty burritos or stacked bowls? We’ve given our salad option a complete shakeup - some might say a complete toss-up - with two options that are fresh, crunchy and craveable like you wouldn’t believe.
Available as a bowl or a burrito-style wrap, you can choose between Chipotle Chicken Caesar - a uniquely Boojum twist on the classic Caesar - or from Cholula Hot Honey Ranch. Both come loaded with lettuce and oven-charred chicken (classic for Caesar, our Hot Honey Chicken for Cholula Ranch), are drenched in either Chipotle Caesar or Hot Honey Ranch dressing and tossed with toppings for texture and crunch.
New Snacking Tacos
Speaking of lighter options, sometimes you want a burrito the size of a newborn calf - and sometimes you don’t. And that’s totally fair.
We’ve heard your requests for something just a lil bit smaller but no less flavourful and the result is our new Snacking Tacos. Two tacos, available three ways with a choice of Cholula Chicken, Pork & Pineapple and Chorizo & Patatas fillings (more on that last one in a sec).
Elite-level snacking, and perfect for when you just fancy something a little on the smaller side.
New Salsas & Sauces
We’re also adding a trio of new salsas and sauces that’ll give you more ways to customise your order than ever before. First up is the same Cholula Hot Honey Ranch you’ll find on our salad options, a tangy and creamy ranch dressing with a mild Cholula kick.
It’s joined by Pineapple Habanero Salsa, a fresh, fruity and deliciously spicy salsa made from chopped pineapple, fresh garlic, habanero chillies and lime juice. The perfect blend of sweet and heat, this one really has to be tried to be believed.
Finally, there’s our new Macha Salsa. Forget green lattes; this is a traditional Mexican recipe made with chopped sunflower seeds, garlic and chilli oil. It’s unique, smoky, earthy and spicy - not to mention absolutely delicious. Think chilli crisp, Boojum style!
New Sides & Proteins
And finally, we’ve saved the most important news for last. BOOJUM NOW DOES POTATOES.
And no, nothing like your nan's bland hard boiled variety! These bad boys are fried until perfectly golden and dusted with the same top-secret seasoning we use for our Mexican rice, you can enjoy them on their own or loaded up with creamy Cholula Ranch sauce (more on that in a sec).
Also new for 2026 is brown rice. Hearty, wholesome and healthy it’s a great alternative if you fancy mixing things up from the classic Mexican rice and makes an epic base for your order with a delicious, nutty flavour.
Meat lovers listen up, because we’ve also added beef birria to the menu for the first time. Made with 100% British and Irish beef, it’s slow-cooked in authentic Mexican spices until pull-apart tender. Think proper birria with proper flavour, and you can also get the optional birria consommé dip on the side for good measure.
